We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to lead our Ground and Rail product strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing capabilities to support our global business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement market business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure adequate BD Ground coverage.
- Deliver product training to specialized Ground BD teams.
- Connect with all BD teams to ensure target accounts and opportunity qualification align with product strategy and priorities.
- Support GKAMs for strategic approach, product expertise, and value proposition to key accounts.
- Promote up-sell across regions and products.
- Be the Voice of Customer to operations and escalate critical resolution items.
- Master's Degree in logistics, business, or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- 10 years' experience in senior management within Ground and Rail.
- Proven track record in leading market business strategy development and implementation.
- Experience working across multiple geographies.
- In-depth knowledge of the international logistics industry.
- Deep expertise in developing integrated supply chain and logistics solutions.
- Process-driven and seeking continuous improvement.
- Mature judgment and decision-making.
- Leading and developing teams in Ground and Rail.
- Strong and entrepreneurial spirit in Ground and Rail.
