Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will undertake two main functions:

As a Field Sales Specialist , your tasks will include:

  • Expanding the Northern Finistère territory by delivering customized nutritional solutions that prioritize preventive health, enhance milk yield, and optimize feed efficiency,
  • Overseeing a strategic portfolio of farms through consistent engagement and loyalty initiatives,
  • Providing tailored support via assessments and utilizing various tools to boost livestock profitability,
  • Offering insights and monitoring technical and economic outcomes to foster enduring relationships with farmers,

In your capacity as a Technical Consultant , you will:

  • Propel technical advancements in your designated area in partnership with the Regional Manager,
  • Ensure effective deployment of our product and service offerings while proposing enhancements,
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Market Managers,
  • Coordinate technical workshops and training sessions for Technical Sales Representatives and farmers,
  • Independently or collaboratively lead audit initiatives,
  • Assist key accounts in their ongoing improvement endeavors through our product and service solutions,
  • Guide the field sales team in executing market strategies,
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Representatives during client visits to provide expert guidance and improvement strategies,
  • Engage in strategic discussions to co-develop market strategies, address technical matters, and explore innovations.

Qualifications
  • A degree in Agricultural Sciences with demonstrated sales experience, preferably in animal production,
  • A genuine passion for bovine farming and a drive to tackle challenges,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with discerning farmers,
  • Strong technical skills and the capacity to offer sound recommendations,
  • A systematic approach to documentation preparation,
  • Essential qualities for success include listening skills, determination, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
