Aerospace Industrialization Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Methods/Industrialization Engineer to join our dynamic team at Sophia Engineering, a pioneering company in industrial innovation since 2005.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement industrialization plans and manage new projects from conception to serial production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and development milestones.
- Design and implement efficient workflows, including supply chain management and production scheduling.
- Design and develop production tools and equipment for manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
- Estimate production times and schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Engineering degree with a specialization in methods/industrialization/production.
- At least 3 years of experience in the field, preferably in the aerospace/defense or general industry sectors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, autonomy, and curiosity.
- Fluency in technical English, both orally and in writing.
