Key Responsibilities

Your mission will be to ensure the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas of the hotel to guarantee the satisfaction of our guests. You will play a key role in the image of our house. You will convey the spirit of the house and its values in your daily work and attitude.

Main Tasks

  • Clean the corridors and offices
  • Prepare and clean the rooms for guest arrivals
  • Perform the linen and towel service
  • Check the cleanliness and quality of the linen before placing it in the rooms
  • Restock the offices with linen, cleaning products, and welcome items
  • Clean and maintain the equipment provided
  • Respond to guest requests
  • Report technical issues and information to the General Manager
  • Return lost items to the General Manager
  • Respect hygiene standards and cleaning procedures
  • Apply the quality standards of the house
  • Observe and report guest habits to the General Manager
