Your Responsibilities / What You Will Be Doing?In the role of Lead Financial Analyst, reporting directly to the Global Financial Analyst Manager, you will oversee Finance & Planning Analysis tasks concerning headcount and personnel-related expenses across 19 countries.
Utilizing established protocols and methodologies, your key responsibilities will include:
- Aggregating data on headcount, mandays, full-time equivalents, recruitment, and attrition.
- Calculating and evaluating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as headcount growth, recruitment rates, and attrition rates.
- Examining compensation and benefits data.
- Participating in month-end closure activities within the Finance department.
- Assisting in the formulation of budgets and forecasts pertaining to personnel costs.
- Analyzing discrepancies against budgets, forecasts, and previous years.
- Collaborating with the Compensation & Benefits team and Human Resources as a Business Partner.
- Master's degree in accounting or a related finance field; CPA or MBA credentials are advantageous.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in multinational corporations, encompassing accounting, financial planning, and analysis. Experience with a Big 4 firm is valued.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Exhibiting curiosity and a collaborative spirit.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of compensation and benefits variances across different countries.
