**About Us:** Accile is a leading company in the cultural industry, seeking to enhance its external communication services. We are looking for a Media Purchasing Manager to join our team.

**Job Summary:** As a Media Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for advising and purchasing multi-media devices for our clients. You will work under the supervision of the Communication Manager and will be part of a team of 7 people.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Understand the objectives of each client and develop strategies and media plans (outdoor, press, radio, and digital)
  • Prepare bids and ensure administrative follow-up
  • Negotiate the purchase of advertising spaces
  • Ensure technical follow-up of purchases
  • Produce follow-ups and campaign balances based on performance objectives defined with each publisher
  • Interact with agencies
  • Analyze media campaign returns
  • Ensure the quality of implemented devices and occasionally ensure technical follow-up

**Requirements:**

  • Higher education degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in media purchasing, with expertise in outdoor advertising
  • Good Excel skills and strong interest in data manipulation and PowerPoint
