About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Technician to join our team in the Direction de la Ressource en Eau et de la Production (DIREP), Agence Maintenance et Travaux. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, including pumps, compressors, and other machinery.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical operations necessary for the maintenance of water production facilities, including machines, valves, and other equipment;
Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment in our workshops;
Work in coordination with other teams and/or in pairs;
Ensure the traceability of your interventions in our GMAO tool;
Ensure your safety and that of your colleagues by respecting applicable rules and guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, preferably with a Bac type maintenance mécanique, industrielle ou électromécanique. You will also need to be preparing to pursue a BTS or BUT in this field. Ideally, you will have obtained your Bac in an alternating program and have significant work experience. You should be familiar with the basics of mechanical maintenance and be passionate about the field. You will also need to be proficient in using computer tools to write intervention reports.
