Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the electronic and electrical architecture of one or more agricultural machines
  • Develop software algorithms to meet functional requirements
  • Write technical documentation to facilitate the development of components
  • Oversee the development of modules through outsourcing
  • Conduct prototyping to validate technical solutions
  • Define testing and validation plans for components, sub-assemblies, and machines
  • Participate in field testing and homologation of machines
  • Conduct tests to refine and validate components or sub-assemblies
  • Analyze and resolve issues encountered by clients with series machines

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry
  • Knowledge of ISOBUS and CAN J1939 protocols
  • Embedded software development
  • Beam design
  • Knowledge of the sensor and actuator market
  • Testing and validation of SW and HW (debug tools, oscilloscope, multimeter, CAN frame analysis)
  • Writing technical documentation (CDC and test reports)
  • Signal processing (digital and analog filtering, etc.)

Language Skills

English (written and spoken): ability to read and write documents in English, technical discussions with suppliers
