About the Role

As an Associate Operations Manager at Randstad Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional talent acquisition solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the Delivery team with necessary knowledge, training, and support to ensure seamless execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement bespoke service offerings for clients, aligning with their specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to provide expert knowledge, training, and support, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Liaise with all levels of management to ensure effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Plan and manage resources to achieve objectives set by senior managers, driving business growth and agility.
  • Utilize in-house client systems (such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and vendor management/application tracking systems to streamline operations.
Requirements
  • International experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of global talent acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with in-house client systems and vendor management/application tracking systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to liaise with all levels of management, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French language skills.
