Industrial Production Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of purchasing, production, and logistics for small-scale production runs. This includes coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and production equipment providers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
Industrialization and Supplier ManagementYou will collaborate with our R&D team, suppliers, and contractors to create the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) of our scaled-up Alpha production line. This involves identifying, evaluating, and engaging with suppliers, contractors, and production equipment providers, as well as establishing technical specifications, obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and following up with delivery.
Data Analysis and Problem SolvingWe are looking for someone who can analyze data, identify problems, and develop solutions to improve production processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. You will implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of production.
Requirements- Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in managing complex hardware projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing contracts and budgets, and meeting deadlines
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, design for manufacturability, process optimization, data analysis, and quality control
- Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with production equipment
- EU geographic mobility to follow up with production and suppliers
