• Prepare and fabricate wooden structures with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Adapt quickly to changes in orders and production schedules.
• Operate a variety of traditional and digital machines, including CNC machines and hand tools.
• Maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest woodworking methods, tools, and equipment, and apply this knowledge to improve our production processes.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in woodworking, with a focus on finishing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in operating traditional and digital machines, including CNC machines and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards.
• Relevant woodworking certification and a strong understanding of safety protocols.
