Position Overview at Armor-Lux

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to engage with customers, promote our brand's offerings, and foster customer loyalty by embodying our brand's principles and standards. You will also play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic of the store and its displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers warmly;
  • Offer product insights and sales assistance utilizing effective techniques; manage alterations;
  • Handle sales transactions and oversee the cash register operations (including opening and closing procedures);
  • Secure cash deposits at the bank;
  • Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization (both opening and closing duties);
  • Showcase products in alignment with the company's merchandising standards;
  • Manage deliveries and perform manual tasks: unpacking and labeling items, verifying delivery documents, reporting discrepancies, and restocking;
  • Assist in annual inventory assessments;
  • Adhere to surveillance and security protocols.
