About the Role

As a seasoned professional in SAP administration, you will lead a team of experienced SAP administrators and provide strategic advice to clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the SAP project service line and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of SAP administrators and provide guidance on SAP system architecture and implementation.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage project deadlines and unforeseen challenges efficiently.
  • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals and presentations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in SAP administration within a large SAP landscape.
  • Deep understanding of SAP systems and architecture.
  • Strong team management and communication skills.
  • Several years of experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on high-impact projects.
  • Passion for collaboration, expertise, and tackling complex challenges.
  • Ability to think ahead, organize effectively, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
