Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radar Systems Validation Engineer to join our team at ITL-FR (Services) in the electronics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our radar systems through thorough validation and characterization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans to verify the performance and functionality of radar systems
- Design and optimize automated validation laboratories using efficient environments (Matlab, Python, Java, C++)
- Conduct and report validation and characterization activities in a timely manner within development projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify, develop, and maintain validation testing infrastructure
- Translate test cases/requirements into reproducible, reliable, and highly efficient automated validation/characterization environments to ensure traceability
Requirements
Applicants must hold an engineering degree or an equivalent background with significant experience in laboratory equipment and automation. Additionally, experience with radar system measurement KPIs within the 70-90 GHz range and automation tools/languages (e.g., C, Python, Matlab, Java) is required.
