About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at Doctolib, a leading healthcare technology company. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that simplify access and quality of care for all.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of data scientists, software engineers, and healthcare professionals to develop and deploy AI models that have a real impact on people's lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing technical solutions to solve product domain goals
  • Developing and testing AI algorithms
  • Deploying AI models in production, guided by our ML platform team
  • Measuring the uplift and continuously improving your approach
About You

We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented individual with at least 6 years of experience in machine learning. You should have significant experience in using learning-to-rank methods, such as operational research and lambdamart. You should also be proficient in machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, lightgbm, xgboost, and pytorch. Experience with big data frameworks like Spark is a plus.

Additionally, you should have experience in B2C marketplaces and other ML methodologies, such as pattern mining, recommendation, experimentation, or causal inference.
