Job Summary

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Vendôme, France. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for procuring components necessary for production and organizing the planning of manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat and validate proposals from the CBN (Net Demand Calculation) for manufactured and purchased products under your responsibility.
• Be responsible for production planning and ensure that production means are in line with customer needs (firm and forecast).
• Challenge the supplier on their short-term charge and delivery deadlines.
• Communicate and collaborate with other services and/or suppliers to ensure that products are stored in accordance with deadlines.
• Identify anomalies to propose solutions in advance and implement them with your manager's validation, if necessary.
• Ensure the follow-up of your performance indicators and carry out actions to ensure the stability of the process.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Have knowledge of production flows, information flows, and Resource Planning Management (MRP).
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience using an ERP system.
• We are looking for a client-oriented profile with excellent interpersonal skills, as this role is at the interface of various departments within the company.
• Have a synthesis spirit, be a rigorous and analytical person.
