This includes planning and executing thorough investigations of Compliance allegations, implementing immediate remedial actions, identifying facts, breached regulations, root causes, and the most suitable corrective measures to address compliance deficiencies;
  • Collaborate closely with the Risk team on Compliance risk assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented;
  • Oversee external legal counsel;
  • Prepare internal reports and deliver presentations on pertinent topics;
  • Engage with divisions, regions, and subsidiaries to ensure compliance with Airbus policies regarding Compliance allegations;
  • Contribute significantly to the development and implementation of best practices in conducting internal Compliance investigations, particularly through training and awareness initiatives within Compliance teams and other Airbus functions.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing skills in English for drafting reports and memos.
  • Language proficiency: English (fluent); knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is advantageous.

Salary Range: Based on the required profile: 55 to 65 K€/year (including a variable component based on performance).
