Otis is expanding and is in search of a maintenance technician for one of our facilities. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety of passengers and technical personnel by effectively maintaining a range of elevator and escalator systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive maintenance and service visits for all elevator units within your designated area. Operate within your assigned geographical zone, managing the elevator portfolio effectively. Respond swiftly to address any malfunctions, striving for first-time resolution. Perform minor repairs to ensure continuous operation. Engage directly with clients on-site to foster strong working relationships.Qualifications for Success:
Required certifications for maintenance technicians in your region. Possession of a valid driver's license (if mandated in your region). A minimum of XY months of experience in the elevator industry. Proficient skills in electrical systems and engineering. A dedicated professional with a strong emphasis on safety. Effective communication skills. An inquisitive and adaptable nature, capable of working independently or collaboratively. Proficient in utilizing electronic and digital tools.Benefits:
