Job Summary
Radiall is seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for managing customer demand, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring seamless production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all product requests from external, internal, and inter-site clients;
- Filtrate and process customer orders, including modifications;
- Manage production planning, alarm systems, and communicate potential delays to sales teams;
- Develop production schedules based on capacity constraints and component availability;
- Animate MPS points, track action plans, and propose improvements for continuous process optimization;
- Consider technical evolutions, transfers, and inform PFEP if impactful for customer consumption.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is required.
