Company: PAGE PERSONNEL, a prominent player in the cosmetic industry, is expanding its workforce and is in search of a Quality Assurance Systems Technician for a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist operational units in executing established documentation policies
- Draft and/or update documents pertaining to the quality management system
- Evaluate the impact of documentation related to site modifications
- Authenticate quality documents within the documentation system
- Guarantee adherence to quality procedures and regulatory standards
- Perform audits and oversee corrective action plans
- Manage the internal audit calendar
- Document and report discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve initial system discrepancies
- Deliver training on quality and Electronic Document Management (EDM)
- Facilitate quality training sessions across the organization
- Conduct practices related to documentation, EDM, and the utilization of Electronic Document Management (EDM)
- Supervise the quality management system and promote continuous improvement
- Engage in the advancement of quality action plans
- Adhere to and uphold the company's regulations concerning safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental standards
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a Bac +2 qualification in industrial production, quality management, or organizational administration, along with at least one relevant experience in an industrial setting, ideally within the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or food processing sectors.
Familiarity with at least one quality system standard that is applicable internationally, such as ISO22716, cGMP, ISO9001, GMP/GLP, or CSAR, is essential. Proficiency in various software tools is also required.
