Your Role:

As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing FactSet's value proposition, focusing on fostering product engagement and minimizing client attrition. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing robust client relationships through tailored processes and solutions.
  • Encouraging high user adoption by implementing product-centric workflows.
  • Facilitating seamless user onboarding through comprehensive training sessions.
  • Collecting insightful product feedback and advocating for client needs within Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Through direct interactions with clients, you will cultivate personal connections with industry leaders, gaining insights into their workflows and devising innovative strategies to enhance their research and analysis capabilities. Upon completing your training, you will integrate your understanding of the FactSet system with finance and technology knowledge to:

  1. Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business and investment processes, providing tailored solutions utilizing FactSet products.
  2. Offer support for FactSet applications while developing customized models, screens, and automated processes.
  3. Lead product training sessions at client locations and during training seminars.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech, a client-centric mindset, and a collaborative spirit aimed at crafting unique and innovative solutions. Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience or a desire to engage in client-facing support roles.
  • Adeptness in learning and utilizing new technologies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively within teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A Master’s Degree expected to be conferred by the designated timeline.
