Dans le cadre de notre fort développement en France, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Customer Solutions Architect pour rejoindre notre équipe Managed Services Sales.
Votre environnement de travail
Vous serez le principal contact technique de l'équipe de vente de Managed Services (services managés) pour le design de la solution.
- Être responsable de la solution technique pendant les campagnes d'avant-vente et de vente de Managed Services ;
- Avoir la capacité d'articuler la stratégie et la vision des services managés de Computacenter avec la vision stratégique des clients ;
- Conseiller et orienter le client afin d'engager les équipes techniques pertinentes ;
- Être le principal point de contact technique pour la gouvernance technique ;
- S'assurer que les responsables techniques respectent les normes et les processus ;
- Travailler avec les équipes techniques pour s'assurer qu'elles se concentrent sur la fourniture efficace de services techniques dans le cadre des exigences contractuelles et en dehors de celles-ci ;
- Mettre en évidence les risques techniques liés aux Managed Services afin de minimiser l'exposition de Computacenter aux pertes commerciales ;
- Assurer le transfert de connaissances de l'environnement du client aux équipes du service technique ;
- Assister aux réunions d'opportunité et de stratégie avec le client ;
- Travailler avec l'équipe commerciale et les Service Managers pour identifier et qualifier des opportunités ;
- Connaître les nouvelles technologies émergentes et les tendances du secteur et savoir comment elles peuvent bénéficier au client et à la fourniture de services techniques.
Votre profil
- Vous possédez une solide expérience (10 ans ou plus) dans l'informatique, plus précisément dans le domaine des Managed Services et des solutions techniques ;
- Vous démontrez une large compréhension du marché des services IT, des tendances technologiques et de la concurrence ;
- Vous faites preuve d'une expérience dans les processus de vente, y compris les appels d'offres, la structuration d'un deal, les négociations et la clôture d'opportunité ;
- Vous démontrez une compréhension des contrats et des structures de contrats de service pour les clients et les partenaires externes ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance pratique des outils et systèmes commerciaux pertinents, tels que les outils de calcul des coûts et des prix, la maintenance et la logistique, la planification des ressources et la planification des projets ;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à nouer des relations, à influencer et à communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux ;
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de présentation et de communication ;
- Votre niveau de français est excellent, à l'oral et à l'écrit ;
- Un bon niveau d'anglais serait un plus.
