As a Campaign Manager at Unlimitail, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns from client briefing to invoicing. Your mission will be to coordinate and manage the workflow and timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve client goals.
Main Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of advertising campaign execution, from planning to invoicing.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with internal teams to define campaign goals and requirements, and collaborate with external stakeholders to address quality issues and make necessary revisions.
- Asset Management: Coordinate and prioritize the flow of creative assets, trackings, etc. between internal and external stakeholders.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets, trackings, etc. to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and ensure a smooth display and good performance of the campaign, generating reports and providing insights on campaign performance.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and manage competitive deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that arise during campaign execution.
- Advertising Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the advertising industry, including media and retail channels, formats, and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in campaigns and operations management, preferably in the retail and/or media industry (2-3 years of experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
