Your Responsibilities:

As a member of the Condominium Management Division, you will oversee the comprehensive management of a portfolio of condominiums, handling administrative, legal, financial, and technical aspects. You will serve as the primary contact for the Condominium Council and ensure an active presence on-site. Your involvement will span from the initiation of the mandate to its fulfillment.

Key Duties:

  • Management of client and commercial relationships.
  • Oversight of technical operations.
  • Administration, legal, and financial oversight.

Your Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in condominium management.
  • Proficiency in French, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, autonomy, and attention to detail.
  • Team collaboration is essential to your work ethic.
