**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist (H/F) to join our team at the IEM de la Buissonnière. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation and care of children and adolescents with motor disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess motor function and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to address motor deficits and promote physical function

• Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including massage and physical exercises, tailored to individual needs

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Manage medical and administrative tasks, including documentation and communication with families

• Educate and empower families to participate in the rehabilitation process and promote independence

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in motor rehabilitation and physical therapy
