En tant que Product Manager Software, vous serez responsable de la suite logicielle commercialisée (Warehouse Execution System, Maintenance centralisée, Logiciel de conception d'entrepôt).

Véritable colonne vertébrale, ces logiciels intègrent et orchestrent les différents produits robotisés d'Exotec.

Missions
  • Analyser et orienter le positionnement concurrentiel de nos produits
  • Collecter les besoins marché, directement au contact des clients et nos intégrateurs, et en lien fort avec les ventes et le marketing
  • Concevoir l'offre et le pricing de nos solutions
  • Être responsable du chiffre d'affaires et de la rentabilité de ces logiciels
  • Définir et prioriser la roadmap logicielle
  • Accompagner le développement des nouvelles fonctionnalités en lien direct avec les équipes R&D Software
  • Communiquer publiquement sur les évolutions produits
  • Piloter le lancement commercial des nouveaux produits et fonctionnalités, en France et à l'international
  • Garantir la cohérence fonctionnelle et technique du produit
  • Orienter la formation et le soutien aux équipes projet
  • Définir les indicateurs clés de succès du produit, et planifier les améliorations en conséquence
Requirements
  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur avec une expérience pertinente de 10 ans en gestion de produit Software/SaaS, dans un milieu industriel ou technologique en forte croissance
  • La connaissance des solutions logicielles en entrepôt (WSM, WCS ou WES) est un vrai plus
  • La maîtrise des outils et méthodes de Product Management est un vrai plus
  • Vous avez un véritable intérêt pour la technologie et les projets techniques complexes
  • Vous aimez travailler en mode projet et rassembler des personnes de différentes expertises (marketing, produit, design, ventes) afin d'offrir les meilleures solutions
  • Vous êtes centré sur le client et souhaitez être proche du terrain
  • Doté(e) d'un esprit analytique, vous appréhendez les données et prenez les décisions adéquates
  • Vous avez un excellent relationnel ainsi qu'un leadership naturel qui vous permet de driver et de motiver des équipes vers l'accomplissement de projets innovants
  • Doté(e) d'une grande rigueur et de réel talent d'animation d'équipes, vous souhaitez rejoindre une société en pleine croissance et travailler sur des projets challengeant et motivants
  • Vous avez l'habitude de travailler dans un environnement international
  • Vous parlez couramment l'anglais
