Sales Assistant Flagship Store Paris

As a Sales Assistant for our Flagship Store in Paris, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our premium brand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and product demonstrations.
- Process payments, returns, and exchanges while adhering to cash and profit protection procedures.
- Offer premium after-sales services and assist with certain repairs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve store goals.
- Maintain a premium shopping environment by executing visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed store targets and contribute to a positive store culture.
Your Profile:
- First sales experience in luxury, premium retail, or the juvenile industry.
- Relevant education, such as an apprenticeship in sales, commercial, or a similar field.
- Strong communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written.
- Passion for design and fashion, with an energetic and positive attitude.
- Flexibility, strong customer focus, and a hands-on mentality.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours according to business needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and affinity for POS systems.
