We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for creating first-class user experiences for our clinical and commercial-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design of user interactions consistent with our brand and visual guidelines, and within a shared design system.
- Collaborate with designers, engineering, operations, and product management to conduct discovery, design detailed workflows and experiences, deliver visual mockups and prototypes, and assist in user validation.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform design decisions.
- Stay current on best practices, trends, and patterns for consumer and enterprise applications, and apply this knowledge to improve our products.
- Work closely with product management, designers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver first-class user interfaces.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a high-tech UX team in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Factors, User Experience Design, HCI, Information Science, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of UX design and research methods, including the ability to create personas, user journey maps, service blueprints, etc. based on user research.
- Excellent collaborator with other designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Excellent conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business and functional requirements from a human-centered perspective.
- Experience using and contributing to design systems.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience building usable, accessible, responsive, and modular designs.
- Experience with designing, running, and analyzing usability tests and design experiments.
- Proficiency with standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, etc.).
- A competitive salary range of $114,750-153,000, depending on location and experience.
