Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of managing Off-Trade initiatives and implementing strategies tailored for French off-trade clientele. Your mission will be to enhance customer affinity for our diverse brand offerings, collaborating closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM). A deep understanding of shopper insights and a customer-centric approach will be essential for your success. Your capability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial, as will your ability to work effectively within a matrix environment, particularly alongside the Customer Marketing, Consumer Marketing, and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will include:

  1. Overseeing Off-Trade initiatives and executing strategies aimed at French off-trade customers.
  2. Fostering customer preference for our brand portfolio in collaboration with the KAM.
  3. Developing superior Category Development capabilities for your clients.
  4. Identifying opportunities for category growth within your customer base.
  5. Applying the Where to Play and How to Win framework for category expansion in your region.
  6. Providing localized insights to inform customer review discussions and commercial strategies.
  7. Creating and managing targeted Customer Engagement initiatives.
  8. Coordinating customer-facing meetings in partnership with the KAM.
  9. Developing ongoing content for Account Managers.
  10. Delivering reports on Customer Engagement initiatives to the business.
Required Skills & Experience

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  1. Experience in Customer Marketing, including Purchaser/Shopper Marketing, Category Management, and Sales Strategy.
  2. Commercial acumen gained through practical roles in Off-Trade.
  3. Experience in understanding customer and channel dynamics.
  4. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  5. Project Management experience.
  6. Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in Sales or Marketing.
  2. Experience with organizations known for excellence in shopper marketing.
  3. Familiarity with the Spirits or beverage industry is advantageous.
  4. Knowledge of local languages.
