Your Role: Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of training initiatives. You will be responsible for safeguarding training funds, mitigating financial fraud within the training sector, meticulously monitoring training activities, and upholding the security of data held by training providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative alerts related to training services.
  • Conduct both planned and unannounced quality checks and service completion assessments:
    • Analyze relevant data.
    • Engage with companies and training organizations.
    • Conduct thorough investigations.
    • Prepare comprehensive investigation reports.
  • Respond to communication requests from external parties.
  • Provide expert guidance in fraud investigations.
  • Prepare documentation for legal proceedings.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of administrative and legal data pertaining to training providers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to strengthen anti-fraud efforts.
  • Contribute to inter-organization projects within the training sector.
  • Participate in cross-departmental initiatives at AKTO.
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulations and updates concerning training quality.

Qualifications:

A graduate with a strong understanding of training regulations and Qualiopi certification is required. Prior experience in the training field is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills, excellent written communication abilities, analytical thinking, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Proficiency in standard office software applications is necessary.
