Site Supervisor

• Manage the site in coordination with the Works Supervisor and various trades.
• Ensure construction works meet schedules and commitments undertaken.
• Complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff, and sub-contractors, and verify authorizations.
• Organize and plan missions and work of teams based on site requirements and progress.
• Support teams' professionalization and upskilling and manage HR processes within scope.
• Encourage professional best practices and govern improper conduct.
• Ensure availability and consistency of all site administrative documentation.
• Define and review site construction works, acknowledging construction plans and documentation by visiting the site.
• Establish construction works schedule and operating procedure with the Works Supervisor.
• Communicate necessary procedures and documentation to teams and ensure understanding.
• Ensure equipment and materials needed to complete the site are present and available.
• Supervise acceptance, storage, and boarding of supplies needed for site completion.
• Monitor site construction progress.
• Perform technical checks during construction and decide on corrections to be made with the Works Supervisor.
• Monitor consumption, analyze deviations from budget forecasts, and notify the Works Supervisor.
• Draft and communicate site report.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are kept in good condition.
• Ensure successful completion of each part of works and organize site withdrawal.
• Participate in construction handover.
• Collect and communicate elements needed for as-built drawing.

• Pipe Works Site Supervisor/Feeder: Open, repair, and close trenches.
• Demolition/Decontamination Site Supervisor: Check diagnostics, guarantee network registration, and respect withdrawal plan.
• Rail Works Site Supervisor: Ensure compliance with specific safety standards for rail works.
• Earthworks Site Supervisor: Manage maintenance of tracks and platforms, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Roads Supervisor: Excavate trenches, use laser to make trapezoidal ditches, and lay service pipes.

• Significant experience as a Team Leader.
• Authorizations may be required based on position.

Reporting line: Works Supervisor. Internal relations: Engineering Consultants, Support Department, Journeymen, etc. External relations: sub-contractors, clients, suppliers, local residents, service providers, etc.
