Commercial Manager - East and Rhône Alpes

Your Role

In the capacity of Commercial Manager for the East and Rhône Alpes region, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, initiating pre-sales activities to boost business prospects, and fostering growth in line with the sales strategy established by your management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover potential business development opportunities (projects, products, or services)
  • Implement commercial and business development initiatives
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in collaboration with operational management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (clients, engineering firms, partners...)
  • Formulate local sales strategies and manage the Commercial Action Plan in partnership with agency leadership
  • Oversee major projects to ensure competitive pricing
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective feedback mechanisms and internal collaboration
  • Contribute to marketing strategies through market insights, new offerings, promotional activities, and institutional relations
  • Encourage synergies both internally and externally

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience, preferably within the public works sector, or have a robust operational background with a keen understanding of operational roles, seeking to transition into a sales-focused position.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, analytical capabilities, and active listening are essential for success in client retention and cross-functional collaboration.

If you are motivated to drive business development and establish yourself as a trusted partner for both external and internal stakeholders, this role aligns well with your aspirations.

Willingness to travel within the designated region is a requirement.
