Présentation de l'emploiLe Quality Assurance Specialist est responsable de l'assurance qualité des produits et des processus de notre entreprise.
Responsabilités- Assurer la conformité aux exigences de qualité des clients, du groupe et des réglementations.
- Établir, soutenir et surveiller les procédures qualité dans son domaine.
- Effectuer le contrôle et la surveillance des indicateurs utilisés pour vérifier la conformité des produits fabriqués aux normes applicables et aux procédures définies dans le cadre de la certification.
- Représenter le site lors des audits clients et réglementaires.
- Coordonner les actions de formation et de sensibilisation des employés sur les problèmes de qualité.
- Assurer la gestion des alertes QSE signalées par les employés.
- Veiller à ce que son équipe ait les compétences nécessaires pour occuper ses postes (formation QSE, qualifications, etc.).
- Soutenir l'amélioration de la maturité QSE de son secteur.
Le candidat idéal possède une expérience dans le domaine de la qualité et des systèmes de gestion de la qualité. Il est capable de travailler de manière autonome et de collaborer avec les équipes.
Conditions d'emploiLe poste est à pourvoir à temps plein.
Le candidat doit être en mesure de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et de s'adapter aux changements.
Le salaire est négociable en fonction de l'expérience.
