We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at JBT Corporation. As a key member of our Protein business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers across France, ensuring their machinery is running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage installations, provide service and visit reports, and offer technical support for our protein machinery
- Advise customers on maintenance, spare-parts, and upgrades to optimize their equipment performance
- Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and cleaning of the machinery
- Identify opportunities for additional machinery and/or service to offer to customers, collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth
- 5 years' experience in machine servicing (candidates with less experience will be considered)
- BTS maintenance industrielle qualification is a plus
- Knowledge of food industry equipment (freezers, fryers, ovens, processing lines) is a bonus
- PLC knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, or MOVEX for troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English, with fluency in French required
- Remote work opportunity with flexibility to travel and work flexible hours
