L&D Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to define the architecture of our train sets, including seating arrangements and equipment layout. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix, multi-site, and international organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy to support the development of our train sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers.
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform training program development.
• Design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective in transferring knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and French language skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
