Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our team as part of an alternating contract. This role involves a combination of academic learning and practical experience within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Company Financial Management:

  • Organizing and coding financial documents,
  • Executing accounting entries,
  • Monitoring cash flow and processing supplier payments,
  • Providing support for payroll data entry,
  • Conducting bank reconciliations,
  • Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets and income statements,
  • Supporting tax return processes.

Lease Management Accounting:

  • Performing accounting entries,
  • Processing supplier payments,
  • Conducting bank reconciliations,
  • Generating reports for lease management.

Candidate Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program in Management or Finance at MBway Bordeaux or planning to apply,
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in accounting,
  • Previous experience in accounting is essential,
  • Exemplary organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
