Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets, driving sales growth and contributing to store results
- Assist in maintaining a visually appealing sales floor and stock room, ensuring inventory is replenished as needed
- Utilize point of sale systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards
- Seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
- Previous experience working with luxury brands in high-volume locations is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred
