About the Role

SMAGEX, a boutique accounting firm with a human touch, is seeking a seasoned Payroll Technician to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with social legislation, collective agreements, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and input payroll data
  • Provide payroll-related advice to clients
  • Process and verify payroll slips
  • Integrate payroll parameters into the DSN system
  • Configure social security and contribution settings on the SILAE software
  • Prepare various social declarations
  • Manage relationships with social security organizations (providing assistance and guidance on contract subscriptions, resolving social security and payment issues, etc.)
  • Conduct payroll audits upon client request
Required Skills
  • Ability to set up a payroll file from scratch
  • Knowledge of social security rates and DSN parameter settings
  • Collection and analysis of payroll variables
  • Autonomous processing of payroll slips
  • Resolution of DSN anomalies
  • Maintenance of good relationships with clients
