POSITION SUMMARY
- Oversee daily operations related to broker inquiries: issuance of insurance certificates, premium invoices, contractual documentation, and data entry in management systems.
- Conduct ongoing portfolio assessments from administrative, contractual, and financial perspectives.
- Collaborate with underwriters to prepare renewals for the Liability portfolio.
- Engage in drafting and reviewing various contractual agreements.
- Prepare documentation for competitive bidding processes.
- Manage, monitor, and renew international insurance programs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in insurance or legal studies.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience within an insurance firm or brokerage, ideally in support roles for the Liability sector.
- Familiarity with managing international insurance programs is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, dedicated to delivering high-quality service, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Eager to integrate into a cohesive team and provide comprehensive support.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
