Your Role
VALGO is seeking a Site Supervisor (M/F) for a permanent position in the Nantes region. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning field operations related to decontamination projects
- Overseeing logistics and supply management
- Ensuring effective project execution
- Conducting measurements, tests, and treatment evaluations
- Documenting operational data
- Recording site interventions both physically and digitally
- Monitoring equipment functionality and troubleshooting issues
- Enhancing process outcomes
- Upholding safety standards
- Coordinating team efforts
- Adjusting and implementing service plans
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in contaminated site management, industrial operations, or maintenance. You should have robust technical expertise in soil remediation. As a proactive individual, you excel in communication and demonstrate exceptional organizational and planning skills.
