Job Description
- Evaluate tender documentation and initiate consultations with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor and assess supplier and subcontractor proposals
- Generate construction measurements and prepare cost assessments using specialized software
- Create projected timelines and site installation strategies
- Support pricing efforts and compile essential documents for tender submissions
- Transfer project files to the construction division for projects that have been awarded
Profile
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a study technician or engineer in construction projects. The candidate must demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
