Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Driver to join our team at Chausson Matériaux. As a Warehouse Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and transportation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all stock is properly stored and secured.
- Operate a variety of vehicles, including forklifts and cranes, to transport goods and materials within the warehouse and to external locations.
- Conduct regular safety checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Valid C driving license (Fimo/FCO up to date).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work at heights.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
