Facilities Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**

As a key member of our team at Eiffage, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building sites. This involves coordinating the loading and unloading of equipment, communicating with our crane operators, and overseeing the receipt and inspection of equipment upon its return from sites.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and execute the loading of equipment for building sites, adhering to schedules
• Supervise loading and unloading operations, maintaining effective communication with crane operators
• Receive and inspect equipment upon its return from building sites
• Unload trucks and position materials in designated areas on the site
• Ensure equipment is properly stored
• Operate machinery in accordance with authorization for its use
• Complete load displacement tracking documents

**Requirements**

**Education:** No minimum requirements

**Fields of Study:** Slinging training (France: "CACES")

**Professional Experience:** Beginner

**Work Environment:** Internal: Supervisors – Fleet Manager – Workshop foreman – SQE department

External: Drivers

**Your Profile:**

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual with a strong understanding of supply chain operations in a business setting. You should be interested in the facade industry and looking for a dynamic role within a constantly evolving production site.
