Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute impactful research projects that drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement research methodologies to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
- Communicate research findings to stakeholders through clear and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to integrate research insights into product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality research insights that inform product strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.

- A competitive salary range of $114,750-153,000, depending on location.
