We are in search of a results-driven and dealer-focused Repair Network Manager to establish and execute a network of authorized service centers, supporting robust growth in Services & Solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
As a vital member of the Services & Solutions Team, you will report directly to the Head of Services & Solutions and play a crucial role in delivering the services we offer to our clientele.
Retail is fundamental to our business model and essential for the success of our new venture.
The Retail Network Manager will spearhead the development and enhancement of the commercial retail network, contributing to the sustainable growth of our organization.

Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing the support service agreement with Volvo Group and Renault Group for retail operations.
  • Formulating and finalizing the Service Level Agreement with selected repair workshops.
  • Collaborating with the aftermarket team and Sales and Marketing to define and implement streamlined and innovative retail processes and tools.
  • Championing best practices through continuous performance improvements within the retail sector.
  • Participating in projects aimed at aligning or enhancing workshop processes, identifying synergies to boost customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring our Sales & Marketing and Services & Solutions teams proactively engage with workshop processes, retail strategies, and aim for a high-performing network. This includes the consolidation and monitoring of various KPIs, audits, customer satisfaction initiatives, and training activities.

Frequent travel will be necessary.

What you bring to the table:

  • A proven history in services, aftermarket, or sales and retail.
  • Prior experience in B2B environments.
  • A Master's degree in business or engineering.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Innovative and proactive mindset.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in implementing change management and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with proficiency in French being advantageous.
