Telecommunications Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Radio Network Engineer to join our team at TDF. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative radio network solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan radio network solutions using established technologies and tools.
• Develop and implement cost-effective and efficient radio network solutions that meet client requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and measurements to validate network designs and optimize performance.
• Provide technical support to our operations team to resolve network issues and improve network performance.
• Collaborate with our sales, project, and deployment teams to ensure seamless delivery of radio network solutions.
• Update engineering databases and reference materials.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, with a focus on radio networks.
• Strong understanding of radio network technologies, protocols, and architectures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
