Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Home Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients, including housekeeping tasks and laundry.
• Assist clients with daily activities such as getting dressed, bathing, and preparing meals.
• Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging in conversations, playing games, or accompanying clients on outings.
• Offer support with mobility, assisting clients with walking, transferring, or using assistive devices.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by monitoring their health and reporting any concerns to appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care is preferred but not required. We welcome individuals with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion are essential for this role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for providing efficient and reliable care.
• A valid driver's license is highly desirable to facilitate client transportation.
