We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Content Writer and Communication Project Manager. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our internal and external communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the creation, design, and distribution of the bi-monthly Group newsletter in multiple languages.
- Engage in bi-monthly Editorial Committee meetings to contribute ideas and strategies.
- Conduct internal and external monitoring to ensure effective communication.
- Publish diverse content on the intranet, including news articles and press releases in the Group's languages.
- Oversee the management of our virtual library and media resources.
- Collaborate with an agency to produce editions of the Group magazine.
- Develop internal support materials and content as needed.
- Handle visual design and content adaptation tasks.
- Provide support for Community Management initiatives.
- Minimum of a BAC +4 in Communications through an apprenticeship program.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CMS tools (such as Drupal), Sharepoint, Canva, and Sarbacane.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Genuine interest in editorial tasks, which are essential to this position.
- Enthusiasm for digital platforms and their applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a high degree of autonomy.
