Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide timely and professional technical support to customers, including pre and post-sales applications, hardware and software installations, and remote demonstrations.
- Customer Training: Deliver training sessions to customers on the use of our technology, including hands-on training and technical presentations.
- Field Maintenance: Manage the field maintenance service on customer sites, ensuring that our technology is properly installed and functioning as expected.
- Global Support: Provide technical and scientific support to worldwide distributors, promoting Alvéole Lab's technology and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Application Development: Collaborate with the R&D team to design new applications and develop new protocols, bringing your application expertise to customer qualification calls and seminars.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report activities within the Customer Relationship Management tool (Sales Force) according to internal procedures, optimizing existing application workflows based on user feedback.
- Proof-of-Concept Experiments: Carry out proof-of-concept experiments if required for new client applications.
- Education: Engineer or PhD in Biology, Biophysics, or related field.
- Experience: First experience in the life sciences industry, with previous field application engineer experience a plus.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- International Experience: International work experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Knowledge in cell biology with practical research experience and standard lab operations, awareness of microscopy techniques, and well-organized with ability to manage complex personal tasks and teamwork.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (~50% in Europe and occasionally in international countries).
