About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technician Refrigeration Specialist to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our equipment at customer sites in the Ile de France region.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment
- Conduct site visits to assess and resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Participate in the development of sales opportunities by providing technical expertise and product knowledge
- Contribute to the growth and success of our business by delivering exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
- Technical degree in Refrigeration, HVAC, or related field
- Proven experience in a field service or maintenance role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of refrigeration systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
